Facilities & Booking Information

Our venue features 8 purpose-built semi-sprung wooden floor courts, designed specifically for badminton.

Male and female changing rooms and showers are available for all players, along with gender neutral toilets.

We also have a canteen area which is usually open during events and for specific junior sessions for light refreshments.

A fully functioning bar is also available in our venue. As we are a licensed private club, the bar operates during permitted licensing hours, usually during tournaments and events.

Booking Options & Building Access

Courts can be pre-booked, block-booked or used on a turn-up-and-play basis.

Each court has a separate meter that accepts £2, £1, 50p or 20p coins. Alternatively, you can buy a 1-hour token from the machine in the hallway.  A 1-hour token costs £13 and the machine only accepts contactless card payment.

If you’d like 24/7 access to the halls, you can apply for a swipe card.  Please download the Swipe Card Application Form and send this back to us, alternatively this can be posted in the box at the hall next to the token machine.

Hall Hire

We hire out both of our halls and the bar/canteen area for parties, fayres, quizzes—you name it!

Glow Events

One of our newest events is a glow party. We’ve installed ultraviolet lights into our downstairs hall and decorated the courts, nets, and walls with glow-in-the-dark tape and decorations.

This setup is perfect for badminton parties, discos, Halloween parties, and more.

Corporate Events

A great sports and social event for your company could be an organised badminton competition, or even a beginner session with a coach to teach badminton skills.  This can be followed by a buffet in our bar area—and yes, the bar will be open!
