We are happy to announce that entries for the Guernsey Handicap Tournament 2026 are now available! 
The tournament is open to EVERYONE of all ages! Whether you are a badminton member or not, get involved and have some fun!
The tournament will take place between Monday 26th January to Friday 30th January – and is open to everyone!

There is a small discount for anyone that has their Guernsey Easter Open entry in prior to entering the Handicap tournament! We need to boost those numbers!
For the Handicap Tournament, players are given either a plus or minus starting value to try and balance the matches. You could start anywhere from +18 for a complete novice, all the way to -14 for our seasoned pros!
For example, one match could start -12 vs +13. The +13 player only needs 8 points to win the game, whereas the minus player needs to get 33! It is a fun tournament aimed to produce close matches.
